I just bought The Sims 2 Bon Voyage from Origin and I downloaded it. When it comes to installation it tells me that the old saved games are in different format than in this expansion pack. It suggested to safecopy the old save game data, that I did. Then I pressed OK, and it looks for a second it's gonna start to installate it, but then it stops. Then the Origin shows me only that I can Installate it again. I did it many times, but everytime it did this same thing. I found the Sims 2 Bon voyage folder where I tried to start to play it, but when I try it, it says that the something went wrong in the installation, re-installate the game.

When I try to Un-install the game, it does nothing. I tried to manually just move or trash the game folder, it says that some other program is using it (Origin weren't on). What I can do to play this Expansion pack I bought or is there any way I can get my money back cause the game doesnt work.
