There is absolutely nothing wrong with the current minimum requirements of this game and if you can't run it even after applying this fix, then you need an upgrade. They made 2 patches dedicated to optimizing the system requirements and bug fixing, then made 3 patches when the DLC released to add them in the game and simultaneously bug fix and optimize. So yes, they have updated it. I don't know why but my game finally have reached 26 fps average without changing the resolution (720p) and only with the shadows disabled. I post this because you have been supporting me and for all those intel hd 4600 users that may have had the same issue.
